For graduation I got a Texas Instruments Digital Calculator with red led read out and could do the basic 6 math ops. WOW ..that and my led readout digital watch. I was totally geeked out for 1977.
Only wish I would have had the foresight to invest my graduation gift money into that odd little company called Microsoft.
Oh well............ 1977 a classic year.
You have some valuable content here Garry but I looked through the archives. You cry a lot about the stupidest things.
Here is a better blog for you to read:

Anyone else want to complain? Seriously, I could give a shit less. ;)
lol
Don't let the success if this blog get to your head. You think by telling Yahoo that you tell you readers about them will make them change your stupid birthday?
Wow buddy, time to give your head a shake.
Thanks for the link. John Chow is a much better read. A lot less crying going on over there. Still a bit cocky but no thumb sucking.
Nah... but I do like to stir things up a bit. I've obviously made you feel compelled to give me free content on my blog. ;)
I am glad that you think my blog is a success. Thanks. ;)
Nope. But, hey I can always try right?
I know right! I am considering using Yahoo over Google. Something must be wrong with my brain. LOL!!!
Then why are you still here?
Again, with Google I needed some information changed that "Couldn't be changed" and they elevated my support ticket and got it changed. I would assume that yahoo has a policy to do the same thing.

I suspect it's something to do with the COPA laws, where Yahoo! is compelled to verify age.

Seriously, I feel your pain. This kind of stupidity really gets on my nerves. I'd stick with Google just because of the headache.
Yes indeed... Yahoo blew me off. Which is stupid. Even though they say my date of birth is private, by default it shows my age in many places such as my profile page. So with me being represented FALSELY as 21 years old, I am going to attract groups of people within that age group rather that people within my own age group.
To be honest, I am actually quite pissed off about this situation. Yahoo knows about this problem and they also know about this post too and they chose to blow me off. I won't let it bother me too bad, but it just goes to show you what Yahoo! is willing to do to keep a customer.
